Well summer is coming to a close here in the UK and all those tracks you have heard on those (some) sunny days are rolling in. The DJmag votes are now being counted by the time many of you read this…will Above & Beyond take that number one spot I wonder?

Mean while the closing parties in Ibiza are under way and I’m planning on celebrating my 30th Birthday at Slinky, O2 Academy Bournemouth (formerly known as The Opera House). Feel free to join me for one hell of a night on the 31st October with the likes of Marco V, Adam Sheridan, Ali Wilson, Lee Haslam, Ben Gold and Dav Gomrass!

The Original Mix of Stimulated 2010 has that slight slant of the new Marco V. What I love is it does not give the game away until 2mins 38secs and then the trademark sound screams out.
The Jonas Stenberg Remix is one evil sucker with lots of familiar sounds but the main riff drops in at 3mins 57secs. This I can tell is going to be weapon of choice in many DJs collections but to be fair I love them both. Now who is up for Indicator 2010??

As always there are plenty of producers busy in the studio which means picking ten more excellent new trance releases…

This week I found there was an overdose of uplifting and euphoric tracks out there, if there could be such a thing. So many great tunes! For some time I have been listening to Jordan Suckley and his mixes. He is a very talented individual, making use of 3 decks, FX, scratching, looping, chopping and all manner of trickery on the CDJs!
After hearing him play in London it soon led to me booking him for my own event and keeping a close eye on this star in a making.

To confirm my beliefs along with many of his fans, he was snapped up this year by PFAgency and also made Goodgreef resident.
Well done to Jordan, he is a down to earth lad from the conversations I have had with him and deserves all the success he has achieved. There is not a doubt in my mind he is going to climb even higher and become a regular name on the international stage.

Along with superb DJ talent skills, Jordan Suckley has been getting his hands dirty in the studio and has had some excellent tracks released. My favourite so far being Mac & Taylor Vs. Jordan Suckley – Animal. It really raises the roof with a hard, gritty, tech-trance sound!

To celebrate his residency placement at Goodgreef Jordan Suckley made the following mix for everyone to enjoy.
