So without further ado here in no particular order is a list of trance tracks as liked by many of the mighty folk who follow @ilovetrance on Twitter ![]()

I’m having a hard time choosing between Energy 52 – Cafe del Mar (Marco V remix) or, my personal favourite, Ernesto vs Bastian – Dark side of the moon (Dogzilla’s pure filth remix).
Both absolutely *brilliant* tracks!

Hiya. This week i have a theme of ‘Weather’.I didn’t realise how many trance tunes are about nature. The greatest show on earth!
Here goes:
1-Raindrops – Sash feat. Stunt – A calm start. Then slowly the rhythm picks up pace..then..BANG.. the thumping beat just JUMPS out at you and then it keeps you lifted up throughout the track, not letting you touch the ground! Overall a catchy and addictive tune. Basic lyrics, but the great euphoric feel to the song makes up for it! Ideal song to get you up and trancing.
2-Storm – Storm (TRANCE 90) HQ – Classic song with perfect video to suit!Repetitive rhythm which keeps the same pace throughout, with some funky additional sounds..Fits perfectly. It almost has a ‘tribal’ feel to it.;-)
3-Paul Oakenfold-Southern Sun (Dj Tiesto Remix)- The song and video have a story to tell and as it unfolds the meaning of the story becomes clear. It has a fantasy feel to it! The song is uplifting with excellent lyrics and with a ‘haunting’ feel to them.Entices you to keep listening to the very end.
4-(E) Marcella Woods & Agnelli and Nelson EL NINO – Not many lyrics, and even those are in another language, but what she does sing about u can translate…as the video explains all.A classic song which grows in strength (like a storm) the rhythm levels out then gradually intensifies as it reaches the peak of the storm!
5-Armin Only 2008 #72 – Armin van Buuren feat. Cathy Burton – Rain – Armin certainly puts on a great performance, entertains the crowd with his awesome mix.Live and loud.It just keep you on euphoric high to the very end!

One track that I keep playing over and over again this summer is “Andy Tau – Leap of Faith (Bissen Remix)”. Such a great tune.

Ooooo I missed that poll! I’ll throw in my 2 (errr… 4 cents) I’m torn. I can’t narrow it to one.
1. Jump the next train (Young Parisians ft. Ben Lost)/White Room (Whiteroom Scott Bond vs XDR Intro Mix)
2. Good For Me – Above & Beyond
3. Cause You Know (Is This the End) – Marcus Schulz
4. Love You More – Armin Van Buuren
I’m kind of predictable… but those are probably my top 4.

A few favourite songs of mine
1)Delerium – After all – (svenson & gielen remix) –
All you need to do is just let the music do the talking and you can do the dancing/trancing! I was reaching for the volume …to turn it UP of course right from the start!
Contains fairly melancholy lyrics to begin with, but as the song progresses the feeling becomes more optimistic and upbeat.
2)FAITHLESS -WE COME ONE-
–
WOW… this man has a voice. Quite a hypnotic feel to this song to begin with. It then starts to feel ‘bouncy’… fills you with energy and makes you want to just.. ‘move to the groove’ (i can’t believe i just said that)..lol.. and you’ve just got to put your hands in the air too! !
3)(Mario Piu – The Vision )
… lacking in lyrics, (but who needs words anyway)! ! The strong base and quick rhythm makes up for this and keeps you entertained to the very end. Dance floor material if only it lasted longer (i’m sure there is a longer version out there somewhere)? !
Classic tune.. short and sweet
